Registered Nurses and third year nursing students who are looking for a new challenge are being invited to a ‘one stop job shop’.
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT), which manages Crewe’s Leighton Hospital, will be hosting the event on Thursday 13 October to recruit nurses to a wide range of exciting nursing roles.
Taking place in Leighton Hospital’s Board Room between 1pm and 7pm, the day will feature tours of the hospital’s facilities and the opportunity to speak to current staff members about their experiences of working at the Trust.
Those who attend could also walk away with a job – interested Nurses are invited to book their own interview and, if successful, could be offered a job on the spot.
Linda Ormson, Divisional Head of Nursing for Medicine and Emergency Care, said: “We are renowned for the support we give to all new staff and are consistently ranked as one of the top NHS organisations to work for.
“This event will give people the opportunity to see why we are placed so highly and has been designed as a ‘one stop job shop’ – you can find out about a job, be interviewed for it, and potentially leave with a position all in the space of one afternoon.”
We have a number of vacancies available in a wide range of specialities in the Trust’s Medicine and Emergency Care Division. These include cardiology, acute medicine, respiratory, stroke, diabetes, and gastroenterology.
Those interested can simply turn up on the day, but are encouraged to call 01270 612 542 to register attendance and book an interview slot. Telephone interviews may also be considered for those unable to attend.
